Human Resource Administration Manager 
Job content
・Translation of various HR related documents (both from English to Japanese, and vice versa) while keeping the confidentiality
・Review current training materials and make improvement, including Promotion Assessment Test.
・Review US training materials, make a recommendation and translate accordingly while adjusting the contents to Japan’s business and laws
・Review current English study materials/courses for the management and make comparison with other available programs
・Review any other educational materials and make a plan
・Partners with operators and others in developing effective training as requested
・Review current forms/documentations in Japan and updates accordingly based on Japan’s law changes and US changes by searching Intranet
・Drafts and distributes written HR communications to all levels of management and employees, including outside counsel under the direction of HR director; ability to effectively adjust communication style
・Assist HR Director in Employee Agreement Revision, Employee Survey, Stress Check, and any other special projects
・Manages the creation of HR related presentations as needed on a variety of subjects and fulfillment of HR materials.
・Provides administrative support to Costco’s Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and Journeys.
・Completes special projects and other duties as assigned.
Required qualifications
【For non-Japanese】
・Spouse or Permanent Visa in Japan is necessary
・Japanese business level (reading, writing, speaking)

【Required skills and abilities】
・Fluent English and Japanese Speaking in both writing and speaking
・Advanced Level PC Skills: Excel (Basic understanding about Pivot-Table preferred), PowerPoint
・Proven ability to maintain confidentiality; successful past performance in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
・Proven ability to edit and proofread documents (grammar, logic, flow, tone, and spelling) both in Japanese and English.
・Strong organizational, time-management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively in a fast- paced working environment; maintain thoroughness and accuracy while meeting deadlines, problem solving and analytical skills
・Thorough knowledge the Employee Agreement and various policies
・Demonstrates clear, logical and concise written and verbal skills; strong interpersonal skills
・Previous management experience, or comparable HR experience
・Ability to collaborate with others to achieve common goals
