An exciting opportunity has become available in our fast growing Data Solutions Sales Tokyo. We are inviting enterprising individuals to apply for this challenging sales position. We are looking for experienced sales professionals for the direct sales of our reference & real-time financial data products to clients in Japan. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, possess at least 3 years of sales experience and have excellent communication and presentation skills. A good understanding of financial market data needs and its associated technologies is essential.

The Sales Representative's role will be to establish and manage relationships in ether the Education, Government or Corporate Sectors.
The Sales Representative's responsibilities will include:
-managing a sales budget
-managing customers relationships
-provision of training & accreditation
-capture and analysis of market data on an ongoing basis
-provision of technical support
-craft specific customer engagement plans
-design and conduct targeted marketing activities
(demonstration, seminars, email communications, etc.)
-develop and maintain an understanding of a market segment in Japan
-operate conferences

We are looking for an Application Specialist who will be instrumental in developing and enhancing the Bloomberg Professional product in our Tokyo office. The individual will maintain relationships with clients through high-end analytical training and will continuously provide market feedback to ensure that the product maintain its leadership position. Responsibilities will also include speaking at conferences, contributing to magazines articles and training staff on advanced applications to better suit the ever-increasing sophistication of the financial markets. We require a specialist with extensive experience in Commodities.
