Bloomberg is seeking a highly motivated, energetic team player with a basic understanding of telecommunications to be a part of our Communications/Network group. You will coordinate telecommunication orders with our regional internal departments, clients and vendors.
Key Responsibilities will include order management and invoice validation of telecommunication services. You will also be responsible project coordination and vendor negotiation.

Bloomberg has an exciting opportunity to work in the Enterprise Infrastructure Support group within Network Operations. The group is responsible for supporting market data distribution platforms to financial enterprise customers worldwide. Team members provide a client facing managed service that includes the monitoring of customer applications, network hardware, servers, and software management. Additional responsibilities include onsite customer visits, change management, problem analysis and technical escalation.

1. Providing expert technical, pre-sales support to both clients and staff including demonstrations and training whilst post sales support will include on-going support of keepad's client base.
2. Operating Audience Response System (ARS) at meetings and conferences to collect response data and provide instant feedback to delegates.
3. Maintaining and supporting the internal IT Network working with the Global IT team to provide application, network and technical support to Keepad staff.

*Being the Technical Expert on our ICT Technologies
*Providing Service Desk Support
*Configure and Manage internal computer network
*Prepare Technical Notes & Circulars
*Liaise with Group Headquarters in Sydney on all technical support issues
*Travel both nationally and possibly internationally

Bloomberg has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Network Engineer.
The Network team is directly responsible for the performance and maintenance of Bloomberg's production network. This is a technical position entailing preventative maintenance, fault management, and project management work.
The successful candidate will be involved in all technical aspects of the network, from hands-on support to software driven network management and control.
