The candidate must have experience in Information Technology, Networking and Servers that makeup the market data infrastructure. The following experience is essential for the role:
- Strong communication skills dealing directly with global customers, market data specialists, and product developers
- Experience working with Market Data Distribution platforms, Feed Handlers, and Ticker Plants
- Qualification such as Cisco CCNA, Juniper JNCIA, Linux (e.g. Red Hat RHCT) or equivalent
- Strong project management
- Flexible schedules for global coverage and client site visits
- Knowledge of major stock exchanges, data feeds, and financial markets. |

- Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP and IP routing
- Dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) experience and Cisco and Juniper experiences are a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and time management abilities, as well as the capacity to work efficiently under pressure and be able to handle multi tasks
- CCNA or JNCIA certification preferred
