In providing information, please consider the following points:
- No sex discrimination of job seekers in principle
A job offer for a particular sex cannot be made, according to the
Law for Equal Employment Opportunities for Men and Women, if the
position or job description is not recognized by "positive
action".
- No job offer to discriminate against race or infringe upon human
rights
A job offer for a particular color of hair, eyes, skin or other
physical characteristics cannot be put on the site as it is against
the basic human rights provided in the Japanese Constitution.
Likewise, personal properties such as "bright" or "gloomy"
cannot be included in the information as it is likely to infringe
upon human rights no matter what the job is.
- Employment conditions
Please clarify if the employment is for regular employee, temporary
employee, part-timer, etc. If the position is under commission or
subcontract, please state so in detail as far as the space allows.
In recruitment, you cannot discriminate against or exclude women
in the form of employment. (Law for Equal Employment Opportunities
between Men and Women)
Note: If the job is offered for foreigners residing in Japan, please
state information on working visa. Example: "Those with working
visa only," etc.
- Working conditions
Indications of working hours. Please state clearly if it is flextime
system or other special working-hour system.
Note: If the applicant is to work in a foreign country, please state
the visa and documentation required for working there.
- Treatment
Please state pay, bonus and other allowances in the available space
as follows.
a) Base pay or fixed wages
Note: Clarify if it is full commission system.
b) Particulars of various allowances
c) Details of wage if it is daily wage (or hourly wage)
d) If it is impossible to indicate the amount: use expressions such
as "Particulars to be arranged personally" or "according
to the company's rules."
